Abstract: Currently we can find in the market a large number of applications to seek employment, however, there are many labor sectors where their use is irrelevant due to their format. This report describes the entire process carried out for the context, analysis, design and implementation of Art & Job, an application that aims to fill that existing gap for some sectors such as film or television where the acquisition of projects or jobs is achieved through contacts and where offers are not published for all the public, since a recommendation is needed to be selected. The project is made on the Flutter framework due to its novelty, versatility and community. Integrated with Firebase for the persistence layer (Firestore) and for authentication (Firebase Authentication). With a MVVP design pattern and the integration of libraries for different functionalities such as chats or image cache, among others. As a result, a job search application is obtained that follows the canons of word of mouth to meet people and offer jobs, in addition to other useful mechanisms such as the project calendar where the user can show where he works and until when to stop. thus being able to plan future projects. One of the major lessons that this project provides is mainly time management, where the underestimation or bad estimation of some of the implementation tasks, added to the understanding of work and student work, resulted in a poor estimation of time.
