Title: Disseny d'una intervenció per a la millora del son dels/les joves universitaris/es mitjançant una aplicació mòbil
Author: Nadal Zaragoza, Núria

Abstract: The quality of sleep of university students between 18 and 25 years of age is usually poor and their sleep duration is below those recommended by the National Sleep Foundation for this age group, which is between 7-9 hours. In addition, it seems that these students tend to have an evening chronotype and because of a desynchronization between their internal clock and the social clock they tend to have a high level of social jet lag. It is known that a lack of its can cause a decrease in academic performance. Thus, it is considered that this population group could benefit from a digital solution to help them maintain proper sleep habits to improve academic performance and other aspects of health that can be affected by poor sleep quality.
