Title: Plan de marketing digital para funify: tienda de juguetes online

Abstract: Economic globalization coupled with digital transformation has enabled companies to evolve and grow at a much faster pace in a shorter period of time. In turn, it has allowed organizations to benefit from new business opportunities that were previously impossible for them to reach. This paper presents a digital marketing plan for the creation and development of an online toy and game store of the online toy and game store Funify. The store is profiled as a business expansion proposal for the toy distributor Old Teddy's Company S.L., a family business located in the province of Barcelona (Spain), with more than 27 years of experience in the sector, and that has before it many possibilities of growth in the business field with the beginning of B2C sales. The main objectives of this marketing plan are to demonstrate the viability of this project and to show the advantages that the efficient use of different digital channels can bring to the company. In a globalized environment like the current one, Old Teddy's Company S.L. must take advantage of the business opportunities that are presented with proposals such as Funify. Thus, a complete analysis of the macro and micro environment has been carried out in order to define the type of target audience of the store and establish a marketing strategy in which actions and tactics have been outlined in order to achieve the SMART objectives set. To this end, we have taken into account the company's capacity for adaptation and transformation was taken into account, as well as the minimum requirements to justify the possible investment in the project. In short, the marketing plan focuses on the creation of a solid and differentiated brand image for Funify, focusing on positioning in different channels, through content creation and loyalty strategies with which it is intended to attract traffic to the web and generate conversions. And as can be seen, with a good implementation of the actions and the company's real the company's real involvement, the results that can be achieved are very positive.
