Abstract: The initial objective of this master's dissertation was to gather in a single application all the transport cards that a user may have to avoid dealing with one app per card or one app per public transport mean. Thanks to the user-centered design, it was possible to see that users do not really need this solution. Users do have other concerns and needs that are not resolved in the vast majority of applications of the means of public transport they use. Firstly we did a research process focused on users where the need to redefine the present master's dissertation was discovered. Secondly, we focused on the generation of a prototype that was created so that it could respond to the need of users to be able to pay their transport tickets quickly and much more easily than they are used to. Finally, an usability evaluation phase was carried out in two parts: the first one consisted of a heuristic evaluation from which the prototype could be iterated and the second one with user testing in which they could carry out user tests in order to perform a third iteration on the prototype.
