Title: Algorithm optimization for solving crew scheduling problems

Abstract: In this paper, we are proposing a methodology to determine the most efficient and least costly way of crew pairing optimization. We are developing a methodology based on algorithm optimization on Eclipse opensource IDE using the Java programming language to solve the crew scheduling problems.
