Abstract: Technical Engineering in Computer Systems Bachelor thesis of Jordi Tejero. It involves the development of a simple tool, to manage a technical services company, such as a plumbing service. The product is a web application developed entirely with resources provided by the GlassFish v3 Application Server, Sun. In particular, using EJB 3, Java Server Faces 2 and JavaDB (Derby) and DBMS. In addition to the software, the product includes the Java source code, the Eclipse project in which it has been developed, Javadoc documentation, a brief user¿s guide and the tests results. Moreover, there are published the dissertation and a Power Point virtual presentation.
