Title: El impacto de las TIC en la elección y comercialización del destino turístico de Benidorm

Abstract: This paper focuses on analyzing the impact of ICT on the choice and marketing of Benidorm as a tourist destination. The fact that tourism is what drives this tourist destination economy, and it is also one of the engines of the Spanish economy, as well as it is a sector in which the Internet has had a big impact on, justifies the analysis of the use of Internet as a tool to access to tourist information and tourism service contracting and its evolution over time. The choice of Benidorm as a case study is due to its notoriety in the domestic and international tourism context.
