Abstract: The increasing use of interlibrary loan and document delivery (ILL/DD) opened, within the Consortium of University Libraries of Catalonia (CBUC), a debate on how to improve accessibility and management, especially for the user who had to use different applications in the process of requesting documents in ILL/DD. As a result of this reflection, a new step has been taken in the improvement and consolidation of this service, integrating in the web search interface of the Collective Catalogue of Catalan Universities (CCUC) the possibility of requesting online documents simply by logging in. The application developed in PL-SQL by the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) in the framework of the GALA project (Global Access to Local Applications and Services), allows automatic capture of the details of the bibliographic record and its export to the ILL/DD form of the institution to which the user belongs, generating a request that is then validated by the institution.
