Title: Aplicaciones digitales con software libre para City Branding de Valledupar

Abstract: The use of ICT has become massive in the field of tourism becoming essential tool and an ally to get to conquer tourists to different destinations that are promoted through mobile applications or website. Increasingly tourism entities or businesses are turning to information technology, particularly the Internet, as a means to promote their tourism products and services. These new technologies have changed the concept of life for people in terms of price and speed query information of different tourist services. In Valledupar you should: use global trend to rescue the true values, the environment and indigenous communities through various forms of tourism: Ecotourism, ethnic tourism, agrotourism, cultural, religious, shopping, adventure, health, sports, city capital. It should expand knowledge of the municipal territory and indigenous values. By using free software and open source can create solutions to strengthen the promotion of tourism in the city of Valledupar.
