Abstract: This project aims to create a low cost monitoring system that allows users to record heart rate (CR) and heart rate variability (HRV) and share them. Furthermore, the system created is also useful in the field of sport to monitor the training of athletes and detect different stage of preparation such as refining or overtraining. To obtain the data for RC and VFC uses a tape with a heart rate sensor trade through Bluettoth Low Energy technology, connects to a mobile application that records the parameters obtained and sent to a web server. To develop the mobile application and the Android platform has been used by the web server used a system LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and Python) and the Django web framework.
