Abstract: The objective of this project is to analyze the current situation of a company in the ICT sector, for which we will take as an example a service company alleged DC and compare with the actual current market. For this purpose we follow the specifications of developing a marketing plan, which is the end result of the work. To do this we will develop in the plan the steps to evolve into a service company that provides information technology globally thus giving added value to the main product (accommodation in the data center). Differentiating with respect to its competitors in this new field that aims to penetrate.
