Abstract: The current and expected short-term demand, in terms of bandwidth necessary to meet the needs of the new services offered, makes the current technology of optical modulators should be close to its limit, and to achieve this purpose, a reliably, there are systems of supervision and control of operating parameters of the equipment. That is why the project is focused on meeting this need to maintain the MZ type optical modulators (predominant) within the optimum operating parameters.
