| Abstract: | The search for the image of the medieval knight that derives from the chivalrous ideology based on the courtesy that appears in two major works of medieval literature: the anonymous Jaufré, Arthurian novel of the late thirteenth, written in Occitan and Catalan authorship, and the Lais of Marie de France, dating from the twelfth century and written in Anglo-Norman. |
