Abstract: This innovation project presents an approach in matter of Interoperability and Integration capabilities with other Health Information Systems, using as a reference the integration of observations produced by a wearable device for monitoring of physical activity(fitness) which is able to obtain physiological parametres from various sensors (Plethysmograph, Accelerometer, Podometer and Thermometer) integrating them in a Electronic Health Record, emphasizing privacy and property of patient information. With this aim an architecture has been designed that offers a response to the aforementioned challenges.
