Abstract: The objective of this paper is to reflect on the messages that are put across through modern popular music, to back up the discussion and analysis of the meaning from a discursive point of view that emphasizes the use of language under the terms of social construction psychology that puts the social construction in an impersonal and social context. We will revise the vision of romantic love like a social construction. And the myths and stereotypes that derive from it. Discussing the ways that tie up this social constructionism to the maintaining of domestic violence towards women.
