Abstract: The aim of this study is to find novel molecules that interact with the known targets of these diseases. After doing a structure-based screening between these proteins and the molecules of the libraries diverse and iPPI, we have found some molecules with desirable safety and physicochemical properties. We have analyzed the results using CAESAR test, which is based of QSAR methodology. Using these compounds as a template we have generated new libraries by similarity methods (ligand-based screening).
