Abstract: The purpose of this work is to design and implement a Business Intelligence (BI) solution that analyzes data from a number of offshore wind farms. In particular, 1) design and implement a data warehouse (DWH) capable of handling the original data and performing the desired analysis 2) design and implement ETL processes that transform and save the data to DWH 3) compare and deploy various open source BI solutions 4) design and implement an efficient OLAP cube to perform queries and 5) perform analysis on the OLAP cube.
