Abstract: Final Master's Work that addresses the relationship between the active management of the emotional salary and the impact on the financial results of the company. It is also analyzed its implication with other factors that result in a better results account such as the position as employer branding (attraction and loyalty of talent and, therefore, of tacit knowledge), the organizational culture or the social responsibility function that brings I get the emotional salary. A survey with a sample of 225 workers is included about their opinion on different points of the emotional salary.
