Abstract: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most frequent leukemia in adults from Western countries. Different massive sequencing studies have shown the existence of recurrent mutations associated with CLL in several genes. In this work different web tools have been employed for the genomic and proteomic analysis of genes for NOTCH1, SF3B1 and MYD88 proteins. In these genes recurrent mutations associated with CLL have been found. With the use of different servers and web tools, information about genomic location of these genes and their mutations has been reported. The same for homology with other genes in different species and tertiary structure of the proteins coded by these genes. Web tools let us know about different drugs associated with these proteins, with a potential use in CLL therapy. All these analysis allow for the genomic and proteomic interpretation of the recurrent mutations.
