| Abstract: | The aim in this master¿s degree job is the development of software tool for the analysis of omic data. This proposal is materialized in the creation of an accessible and intuitive interface on a web environment, that allows to execute a pipeline of analysis RNASeq, and can be used by a user without great knowledge of biostatistics and bioinformatics. |
