Abstract: The research and discovery of new drugs has been speed up in the last years because of technology advance. Bioinformatics is making its way in pharmaceutical¿s world with virtual screening techniques, allowing to research compounds (ligands) with affinity to protein structures (target), related to some disease. This is the beginning of the analysis performed in this work. Based on Huntington¿s disease, Hungtintin has been selected as a possible therapeutic target.
