Abstract: The media and ICTs have always been treated as a communication tool for people and the society that surrounds them. Well, a while to date have used this means to influence the political tasks in our day to day donor must understand that they want "the best" for us and stimulate us why we let them " think "and" decide for us. " Increasingly, governments and their respective political parties have lost the match towards the ambition of power that want to have the means and especially with the entry of ICT, where they know that it can decide on decisions that give the members of executive or even; changing economic and social affairs in a globalized world financial and cultural matters and is currently our environment.
