Abstract: In this report I wanted to do a study on electronic commerce and how it has evolved over the years, mainly based in small businesses, or put another way, with small entrepreneurs who have chosen internet to establish his or her business. Also, how big companies take the net and how it affects the online trade in relation to communication, marketing and distribution.
