Abstract:
The objective of this proposal is to introduce the Flipped Classroom methodology in Physical Education to work the theoretical contents in an autonomous way through the ICT, increasing the useful time of practice of physical activity.
The participants were the students of 2º E.S.O of the College Santo Tomás de Aquino - The Milagrosa (Tomelloso).
An E.V.A. (Edmodo) as a means of communication with students and the Edpuzzle tool to edit and share content videos.
The evaluations of the participants allow to extract a positive result of the experience regarding the implementation of the Flipped Classroom methodology.
