Abstract: This Master's Final Paper deals with Coca Cola's strategic communication plan in relation to its policy on Corporate Social Responsibility. It is intended to study the extent to which the new model of sustainable, ethical and responsible business performance, which prevails in the environment and in the markets, is fulfilled in order to propose strategies with adequate tactics to improve its weak points.
