Abstract: This work describes a participatory design process of a course about open educational resources aiming at university professors in Latin-America. The methodology involves the active participation of Higher Education stakeholders for the adoption and fostering of specific actions aligned with the principles of open education. This task is part of the OportUnidad European project.
