The main goal of this project is to create a videogame from scratch until a completely playable product is obtained. As the project should last only around 4 months, the game is a 2D development with a retro look, in order to cover all the creative facets. Therefore, the game will feature a variety of
sprites, several playable mechanics, different sounds and high replay value. For this development we have followed a cascade model, establishing the start and end dates of each part, since a large part of them had to be ready before starting the next, as can be seen in the created Gantt chart.
