Abstract: The purpose of this work is the implementation of the legislation in force about data protection in a conglomerate of companies, with presence in different countries, that operate in the real estate sector that administers records of employees and access to real estate. All the companies are subsidiaries of the company "JPV Inversions S.L.", which acts as a parent company and as a whole, has 86 employees, plus a company of activities and a Foundation. The methodology used consists of four points: compilation of the international regulations applicable to the scope of the project; coordination of the communication to obtain all the necessary information to the organization; analysis of the information to identify the key aspects of application to the project; development of a standardized and defined documentation mechanism. The work method is therefore personalized and adapted to the particularities of this project, and consists of a series of analytical tasks and regulatory compilation, with the follow-up of a chronological execution pattern to achieve the objectives.
