Abstract: This study aims to develop microRNA expression signature for adenocarcinome tumoral patients divided in two groups based on their survival values. Using TCGA (The Genome Cancer Atlas) genomic information, miRNA counts are extracted and processed with statistical software R in order to obtain differential expression information. Target study, Go and KEGG enrichment and interaction studies are done in order to extract knowledge of the comparison. 23 miRNA expression signature is found, as well as 95 possible interactions miRNA-mRNA are detected. A reliable differential expression and survival analysis using genomic information is shown. The calculation of miRNA expression levels can consstitute a powerful tool for the diagnosis and personalized treatment of the cancer patients.
