The aim of this Final Degree Project is to present a fast methodology for application in this so-called Zero Phase of an IT project. To achieve this, I will base myself as far as possible on existing documentation, but most of all on my own professional experience of over more than four years, in which the transformation has been from an eminently technological profile to one with commercial responsibilities, backed by an organization and supervisors with a great deal of commercial experience, and with the levels of requirements that there have been in these recent years of some crisis in this market, at all times learning on the job.
