Abstract: Although we can say that "common sense is the least common of the senses", it is essential to give an adequate response to most of the social conflicts involving the Catalan Police taking into account that 66% of the actions are of assistance nature. He common sense part of the collective experience and is applied according to popular beliefs considered fair to solve problems with harmony to life. In fact, any police officer can attest that it is one of the words more repeated as a practical and resolutive pattern of conflicts during their instruction. But is it possible that the police agent applies "common sense" that has a training oriented, mostly, to exercise repressive tasks?.
