Abstract: The implementation of work algorithms is fundamental in the hospital environment, due to its growing demand and the use of mass sequencing technologies. An example of these cases is the study of the BRCA 1 and BRCA2 genes, which are involved in breast and ovarian cancer, among others. The purpose of this work is to obtain a sequence of commands which would aid the data analysis through massive sequencing, as well as compare algorithms used to study their performance.
