Abstract: A plan of communication is an essential tool to enable internal and external public to understand the meaning and to what extent a particular organisation is dedicated to. If the mission, values and vision are what gives an entity its personality, the communication plan is the tool that will allow the targeted public or stakeholders: employees, collaborators, partners, media, clients and suppliers to get to know these three concepts effectively. Sadly, not all organisations are clear about that a plan of communication is the most effective way to implement a successful strategy of communication. In some cases due to a lack of understanding of the culture of communication. In other cases due to insufficient funding to implement such a plan in their business. In this last situation we find the Queremos y Podemos Association and for this reason they find themselves obliged to manage their communication without an action plan. Queremos y Podemos is an association that offers sporting activities to children diagnosed with autism in the province of Valencia. It has a limited workforce, and the founder and president of the organisation, Olga Prats, is in charge of promoting communication through social networks and the media in general.
