With this work, what we want is to find a tool of LMS (Learning Management System) that brings innovation to our task of coordination between teacher and student, and that we can be competitive again in the field of "Continuing education at a distance, but first of all analyzing our current situation and what the organizational needs and changes that we should make within our department, and in particular our relationship with the teaching staff that imparts our master's degrees, which they should change their current role of simple copywriter, to virtual teacher, emphasizing how to manage the change and guiding us for the ethical and social implications of the company to which we belong.
