Abstract: Paper that aims to expose the "truth" of Richard Wagner's philosophical thought and vision of the world through the characters he created in his "The Ring of the Nibelung" tetralogy. This analyses the origins of the mythological and religious characters and the philosophical influences received by Wagner during the creation process of Ludwig Feuerbach and Arthur Schopenhauer, as well as Friedrich Nietzsche.
