Abstract: This project tackles the study of usability and interface of a tide watch APP. It aims at informing about the sea state and the weather forecast when checking the time. Thus, an APP with a 24 hour watch face is introduced with useful information to go to the sea or the beach. The APP offers different sights depending upon the type of activity to be carried out. In this first version of the APP, the displayed information changes whether the user goes to the beach to sunbathe, to swim or to surf. Therefore, to those users going to the beach to sunbathe and relax, the APP will display just the requested information for that activity such as high or low tide, light hours and weather forecast. For those users practising a water sport, the APP displays more accurate data about the foreseen waves and wind.
