Abstract: The aim of this project was to provide a solution to the creation and management of the so-called "car wheels" that are organized every year in the institutes at the beginning of the school year. In all the institutes there are groups of teachers who sharethe car to go to work and, given that the hours of entry and exit do not coincide in all cases, a "car wheel" is organized, that is, a quadrant of what day you have to take the car each one, whom, you have to pick up and where. This becomes more complicated the more professors are involved in the wheel or the more disparate are the schedules and the places of departure. In order to develop the proposal, the SCRUM methodology has been followed, JQuery Mobile has been used as the main development framework and Phonegap has been used to package the code and generate a hybrid app.
