Abstract: The project presented below is a Web application that uses the services provided by Java EE as a platform for business development. The aim of the application is to develop a web application to conduct a quality alert management for any company but especially those in which exists a manufacturing process (manufacturing). This indicator is part of a set of tools to improve production following the philosophy of continuous improvement (Kaizen), which developed Toyota with its production system (TPS), and Lean Manufacturing that is focused on improving quality, reducing costs, enhancing people and increasing customer satisfaction as well as improving business performance through the elimination of waste and activities without added value.
