Title: Representació tridimensional de les proteïnes amb Panda 3D

Abstract: The objective is the 3D representation of the functional protein, part of the data contained in the database of the Protein Data Bank in the form of a .pdb file. Although there are currently a multitude of protein viewers, the idea of the work was to make a Python viewer that was not paid and did not use C ++ or ,java did not even have to use OpenGL programming. Instead, the Panda3D and Matplotlib libraries will be used. The chosen language is python 2.7.15.
