Automatització de factures d'un ERP

Abstract

El projecte ha consistit en el plantejament i redacció d'una millora en un sistema ERP d'un bufet d'advocats, que consisteix en l'automatització per fases de la facturació de l'empresa. Aquesta planificació s'ha realitzat mitjançant diferents objectius, a curt, mitjà i llarg termini, on hem desglossat cada termini per a poder fer l'entrega del projecte en el temps establert d'uns dos mesos. Per poder fer aquest projecte, hem escoltat les opinions de molts dels usuaris que fan servir cada dia l'eina Navision i poder entendre perquè necessitaven aquest tipus d'actualització o millora en l'eina, ja que per ells és un ús diari i saben que necessiten disminuir temps i guanyar en eficàcia i eficiència. Per tant, s'ha optat per agrupar, en les factures, de manera automàtica un conjunt d'assumptes que comparteixin una mateixa gestió, és a dir l'únic que varia són les dades del procés i no els conceptes ni els honoraris i poder satisfer als usuaris en les seves necessitats. Evidentment, s'han fet el recompte de riscos i les possibles mesures de correcció i prevenció per tal de no deixar cap fase desprotegida i plenament controlada, així com una aproximació al pressupost i el quadre d'acció del projecte corresponent. Segurament, en un futur es podrien fer més millores i actualitzacions en l'eina, ja que és molt flexible i modular, i així podríem aconseguir un augment dels avantatges de l'eina.

El proyecto ha consistido en el planteamiento y redacción de una mejora en un sistema ERP de un bufete de abogados, que consiste en la automatización por fases de la facturación de la empresa. Esta planificación se ha realizado mediante diferentes objetivos, a corto, medio y largo plazo, donde hemos desglosado cada plazo para poder hacer lo entrega del proyecto en el tiempo establecido de unos dos meses. Para poder hacer este proyecto, hemos escuchado las opiniones de muchos de los usuarios que usan cada día la herramienta Navision y poder entender porque necesitaban este tipo de actualización o mejora en la herramienta, puesto que por ellos es un uso diario y saben que necesitan disminuir tiempo y ganar en eficacia y eficiencia. Por lo tanto, se ha optado para agrupar, en las facturas, de manera automática un conjunto de asuntos que compartan una misma gestión, es decir el único que varía son los datos del proceso y no los conceptos ni los honorarios y poder satisfacer a los usuarios en sus necesidades. Evidentemente, se han hecho el recuento de riesgos y las posibles medidas de corrección y prevención para no dejar ninguna fase desprotegida y plenamente controlada, así como una aproximación al presupuesto y el cuadro de acción del proyecto correspondiente. Seguramente, en un futuro se podrían hacer más mejoras y actualizaciones en la herramienta, puesto que es muy flexible y modular, y así podríamos conseguir un aumento de las ventajas de la herramienta.
