Abstract: Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune chronic inflammatory disease which affects between the 0,3 and the 1% of the world's population. RA patients tend to suffer pain and loss of the movements caused by joint inflammation. This disease is three times more frequent in women than in men and the probability of affection increases with the age. There are drugs that reduce the symptoms and improve the life quality of the RA affected, these can control de symptoms or modify the disease. The second type's objective is to slow down the progress of the joint deterioration, as well as reduce the inflammation. The main objective of this project is to discover using computational techniques and tools new therapeutic targets whose may improve the association with the RA and become new investigational ways for the development of new drugs.
