Abstract: The objective it's to evaluate in a predictive form, the prostate cancer patients data in initial staging and castrateresistant with bone metastases suspicion, in order to create a model that let us select the patients who would benefit of a SPECT/CT study. Method, retrospective, observational and descriptive study (January / 2017 - March / 2018). Multivariate analysis in the relationship of bone metastases with the variables PSA, Alkaline Phosphatase (AF), duplication time of PSA and FA and Gleason score, after 99mTcdiphosphonates intravenous bone scintigraphy of and SPECT/CT. Results, 241 patients with mean age 69.5 years, PSA of 65.64 ng / dl, AF of 136.4 U / L and Gleason risk clasification: high 128 patients, middle 81 and low 30. Metastatic lesions were detected in 79 patients with bone scintigraphy and in 100 with SPECT/CT.
