Abstract: The job bank of our centre is managed in such a way that all the job offers that are received are sent to a list with all the students who have finished their studies. One of the problems is the maintenance of the list of email addresses because the students may have changed them, they may cannot access the email that they gave to the centre or they are no longer interested in receiving offers. The students receive an email with the job offer and decide whether to send their Curriculum Vitae to the company. The emails list grow every year and students are not removed from it. This end-of-master project, tries to improve the functionality of the school website, so that the students can sign up for the job bank, update their CV or deactivate it. Teachers will be able more easily to manage the job offers offered by the companies and send them to the candidates who best suit their needs. Having a good image is beneficial to our educational centre, so it is important that the job bank works well and helps our students to access the labour market.
