Title: El coaching como herramienta para mejorar la situación laboral de las mujeres en España

Abstract: At a time of some economic recovery and after years of recession, the data point to men being the most benefited from this growth in the labor market. On the contrary, women continue to suffer from labor inequalities and their situation in reference to work is worse in many areas. Although to achieve the empowerment and equality of women it is necessary to propose public policies that address a multitude of structural reasons, coaching and its tools may be an option to take into account in the field of the labor market especially if its use is considered from a perspective of genre. Coaching is still a little known discipline in our country but has gained presence and notoriety in recent years in a multiplicity of areas among which is also the labor market. Even so, the gender perspective is a minority for the moment in most coaching proposals that can be found and, therefore, do not take into account the particularities of women and the benefits that coaching can provide to facilitate gender equality at work. Therefore, it is relevant as a topic of study to address the association between the female labor market and coaching.
