Abstract: This TFG has the purpose of showing the justification, the process of selection and the choice of an ERP to a company in the textile-household sector. The company has an ERP implemented in 2006. Based on a Microsoft Sql Server 2000 and Microsoft Acces 2000 database. We do not have either the sources or the structure of the data. The system cannot be updated. During these years the volume of the data and users has increased exponentially, causing a collapse of the system. An improvement to hardware has allowed us to keep this ERP up to date. We analyze the company, its process map, its needs and requirements. We look for three solutions of ERP's, upgradeable, scalable and that adapt to the organization. The three ERPs incorporate common modules, together with data analysis and client management modules, CRM. They make a table of comparison with all the points looked for the analysis of the company. We objectively value the results you choose in the table to choose the winning solution. The result is the selection of an ERP adapted to the needs of the company that can be upgraded and that it can grow with it. It also includes the calendar of implementation of the same with all its phases. This TFG project pretends to be a document of analysis of the strong and weak points. Selection of solutions and thus assess the implementation of a new ERP in the company.
