Title: Gestió de comptadors elèctrics i seguiment de consums d'una empresa pública portuària

Abstract: The public company Ports de les Illes Balears (PortsIB) manages an electrical system distributed in 15 port facilities located on the coast of the islands of Mallorca, Menorca and Eivissa. The system adds a total of 52 points of electrical connection to the general distribution network. The management of the system consists in the maintenance of the internal electrical network and all its elements of control, distribution and consumption; in the economic and financial control of the purchases and sales of electrical energy; and in the continuous improvement of energy efficiency. The work carried out is part of the general context of "knowledge management" focused on the creation of a computer system that allows structuring the data related to the system of meters and electrical distribution of Ports of the Balearic Islands and integrate the Information in order to improve its management and control, and build the basis of a knowledge management system that helps to improve its maintenance, economic control, energy efficiency and strategic decision-making. The final product is a private web environment accessible to those responsible for the company from a browser. The GESCOMP_EPP system has been built, formed by an administration environment and a user environment, developed with Django-Python. The administration environment includes a user control app and the created system app called GESDADES, which allows you to manage all the models or classes of the system. The user environment has a navigation panel for the different modules of the system, which in the current version are: ports, computers, incidences, and SGC, which allow the display of the indicated information or, in the case of incidents, the recorded data record. In addition, an input and output control of the environment has been enabled. The product is presented as a prototype in a virtual machine environment. The practical use of the system in the production phase would require the implantation on a server of the private network of PortsIB.
