Abstract: The purpose of this paper is the proposal and the definition of a tool that combines in a complementary way the robustness of the process map of Axelos PRINCE2© with the power of the management tools on the knowledge areas that describes PMBOK© v6, of the Project Management Institute. In order to evaluate this proposal, this hybrid methodology is applied to the management of a complex predictive project: Domain migration and adaptation of the Information Systems of a sectorized health care hospital. The most extensive part of the work is dedicated to the development and analysis of the management of this project, which has strategic and technical aspects in which different teams of public entities and private companies are involved. A final analysis of the management carried out exposes the advantages and strengths of this methodology, as well as the resulting synergies, validate the greater effectiveness of it over each of the two original methodologies separately.
