Abstract: Psychosocial Working Conditions in Trainees and Technical Workers in Pathologic Anatomy of different Laboratories in Madrid Community. Objectives, to determine the psychosocial working conditions and identify the level of conflict, psychological violence and psychological harassment at work, in trainees and technical workers in anatomy pathologic and cytology in different laboratories in Madrid.Material and methods: non-experimental, transversal and descriptive study. The FPSICO was administered and the "Inventory of violence and psychological harassment at work, IVAPT-E-R".Results: The main psychosocial factor with higher risk is Participation / Supervision with 85% for trainees and 83% for technicians. They were two cases of perception of psychological harassment at work, in high-level in the technicians group and two cases in the average level for the trainees. Resulting three cases in low level for trainees and none nor in the medium neither low levels for technicians. Conflict situations, violence and psychological harassment at work, were produced by the chiefs and to a lesser degree, by their colleagues. Conclusions, regarding psychosocial factors, pathologic anatomy technicians have more level of very high risk compared to the trainees. While, at the global level, organizations where work these technicians tend to the "culture of non-violence", paradoxically, especially for the group of technicians it is present a high level of perception of psychological harassment at work, (33%) and for trainees an average level (15.4%).
