Abstract: A Single View model is designed in a MongoDB database, where customer information can be stored, in collections that group documents, such as: telephones, addresses, jobs, bank references, their financial situation, their accounts, loans, installment tables, policies (fixed deadlines), movements, also data from social networks, which will be useful to attract new clients according to the activities that can be obtained from said networks; and analyze them to offer new products or see if there is any risk. 10 collections are created to store everything, and a collection for possible errors or inconveniences that arise in the daily processes. To consult any collection, it will not be necessary to make relations between them, since each one has the right documents for the client; This is a great advantage over the relational bases. And the response times in the queries will be much smaller because, you do not have to go through multiple tables to get the necessary information.
