Abstract: The purpose of this final degree work is to develop and implement a management method based on the Siebel CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system offered by Oracle, in a Data Center, although it can be extrapolated to other sectors through the corresponding adjustments. The aim of this project is to migrate the assets, currently available in the Data Center to the new Siebel CRM platform, reducing management and maintenance costs, providing access to all the data necessary to obtain statistics and view information remotely from anywhere in the world, in real time, helping management to make the best decisions at any times (advanced analytic). Due to the fast advance of new technologies that allow information to be easily produced, captured and processed, the new system will be a fundamental piece, being essential for the company's management with the customer. The CRM simplifies the work of the different areas, providing communication between the different sections or branches and access from the different information systems, thus increasing the productivity and efficiency of the Data Center. The methodology to be used in the management of this implementation project is based on the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) guide, integrating Agile method, with iterative and adaptive approaches to the project management processes of each knowledge area.
